Information and reporting services

Comprehensive information and reporting services help clients to achieve more streamlined workflows with a high level of straight-through-processing (STP). Deutsche Bank’s services include online and SWIFT based account information – real time, intraday and end-of-day, multi-banking information reporting solutions, online money transfer inquiry resolution and information as well as online images and archiving of checks, statements and documents.

Check services

Deutsche Bank is one of the top providers of US dollar and European cash letter and collection solutions. With its global range of check services, Deutsche Bank offers financial institutions a streamlined and secure solution for paper payments and receipts around the world in terms of disbursements, cash letter and collections.

The Global check services are available via Frankfurt for Europe and multi-currency and via New York for US dollar. The US and international financial institutions can benefit from its new innovative Check 21 solutions. The Bank has developed its sophisticated cash letter services utilizing innovative image-based capabilities. The new suite of services eliminates the need to physically transport cash letter items to the US for processing.
